Popular Car Wash offers opted-in consumers the option to receive promotional alerts and vital communications from our car wash locations that utilize various technologies developed in-house and our partners/vendors. Messaging is recurring, and the frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
By signing up for our mobile alert service, you consent to receive automated ongoing alerts at the phone number you provide. Your consent is not required to make purchases at our wash locations.
To opt-in for standard-rate alerts, users can send a text message to the PHONE NUMBER or SHORT CODE provided in the advertisement. You will not receive any unsolicited messages from this phone number or shortcode.
To obtain service information from your mobile phone, you can send HELP to the PHONE NUMBER or SHORT CODE from which you received the message or email us at info@popularcarwash.ca.
Opt-Out: You can stop receiving the service by sending STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOP ALL in response to any text message you receive or to the SHORT CODES/PHONE NUMBERS. Message and data rates may also apply depending on your specific cellular plan or prepaid conditions.
CONSUMER PRIVACY
We will not share or use your mobile number for any other purpose.
CONSUMER FEES
Our service does not charge consumers for receiving or replying to text messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile service plan.
CONSUMER OPT-OUT
To discontinue the service, text "STOP" to the Short Code/Phone Number from your mobile device. You will not receive any additional messages. You can also opt-out by texting "QUIT," "END," "CANCEL," "UNSUBSCRIBE," or "STOP ALL" in response to any text message you receive.

WARRANTY
Popular Car Wash will not be responsible for any delays in receiving SMS messages related to this program. Delivery of SMS messages depends on effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator.

Popular Car Wash values your privacy. We will only use the information you provide to transmit your text messages. Nevertheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to comply with any law, regulation, or government request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. When you complete forms online or provide us with information in connection with the Service, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You also agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use.
